Access the Leads Overview Dashboard
Open the iMotor Dashboard
Navigate to iMotor CMS and click Dashboard
Open the Leads Overview
You can view lead activity directly from the Dashboard overview, or navigate to:
- Leads
- Overview
From here, you can filter your data using:
- W (Week)
- M (Month)
- Y (Year)
Alternatively, use the date filters to select a custom date range.
Understanding the Leads Overview Dashboard
The Leads Overview Dashboard provides a high-level summary of your website enquiries and lead activity.
From this screen you can view:
- A trend graph showing total leads over time
- A breakdown of leads by enquiry type
- A list of recent lead submissions
- Quick access to individual lead records
This dashboard is useful for monitoring enquiry volume and identifying trends across your website.
Regularly reviewing your leads and enquiry sources can help identify which forms, vehicles, promotions, and website pages are generating the most customer interest. This can provide valuable insight when planning future campaigns and website updates.

Access Lead Records
To view all leads, click Go to Leads from the Overview Dashboard or navigate to:
- Leads
- Search & Export
From here, you can:
- Filter leads by date range
- Search by customer name
- Search by email address
- Search by phone number
- Search by enquiry type
- View individual lead records
- Export filtered lead data
Viewing Individual Lead Details
Review Lead Information
Selecting a lead will open the Lead Details view.
This screen provides information about the enquiry, including:
- Customer details
- Contact information
- Enquiry type
- Submission date and time
- Form details
Understanding Lead Source Information
Where available, the lead record will also display information about the page from which the enquiry was submitted.
This can provide additional context, such as:
- The vehicle being viewed when the enquiry was submitted
- The page that generated the lead
- The type of website content that prompted the enquiry
This information can help your team better understand customer intent when following up on enquiries.
Understanding Lead Metadata
The Metadata section provides additional technical information about the enquiry, including:
- Which dealership email address the lead was sent to
- Website form details
- Configuration information relevant to the lead submission
