Manage Promotional Labels
Create a Promotional Label
Navigate to:
- Manage
- Promo Labels
From this screen, you can search for and select the vehicle(s) you wish to promote.
Once you've located the vehicle:
- Enter the text you would like displayed on the label
- Select a colour and style
- Click Create
Best Practice:
Use promotional labels sparingly and reserve them for vehicles or offers you want to draw attention to. Too many labels can reduce their impact and make important promotions harder for customers to spot.

Publishing Changes
Unlike other areas of the iMotor CMS, the Stock Tool does not require a Build & Deploy after making changes.
Promotional label updates are automatically published through the stock platform and typically appear on your website within a few minutes.
Please note: Stock updates are processed in batches and may take up to 10 minutes to appear online.
